Sea Buckthorn Old Fashioned

This non-alc Old Fashioned riff features Bax's unique Sea Buckthorn spirit and smoky lapsang souchong tea.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bax Botanics Sea Buckthorn

• ¼ oz strongly brewed lapsang souchong tea

• ¼ oz simple syrup

• 3 dashes All The Bitter Aromatic bitters

Directions

1. Brew a cup of lapsang souchong tea and let it steep for 10 minutes, then chill the tea.

2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, and stir for 20 seconds.

3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with an orange peel.
