The phrase "bee's knees" was a colloquial saying of the times, meaning something outstanding—an accurate assessment of the cocktail if you ask us! And this non-alcoholic Bee's Knees variation is even better, adding our Lavender Chamomile bitters for a nice floral lift.

Bees love lavender! It just makes sense to add our lavender bitters to this classic.

Ingredients

• 2.5 ounces non-alcoholic gin

• ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

• ½ ounce honey syrup

• 3 dashes All The Bitter Lavender bitters

Directions

1. Shake everything with ice until chilled.

2. Strain into a coupe glass, garnish with a lavender sprig.

Recipe Note

To make honey syrup, combine 1 part hot water with 1 part honey and stir until dissolved.
